Privacy policy

This website is run by Adam Quance, trading as QuanceWeb, a web designer based in Hessle, East Yorkshire. This page explains what information is collected when you use it and what happens to it.

If you send an enquiry

When you fill in the enquiry form, I receive your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. I use these only to reply to you and to discuss your website. I don't sell or share them, and I don't add you to a mailing list.

The form is delivered by Formspree, which passes your message on to my inbox. I keep enquiries for up to two years, or for as long as we work together, then delete them.

Visitor statistics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views, such as how many people visited and which pages they looked at. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you personally, which is why this site has no cookie banner.

Fonts

Some text on this site uses fonts loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when the page opens.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time. Email adam@quanceweb.com and I'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
