A proper consultation
We start with ten minutes talking through your hair, your routine and what you'd like, with photos welcome.
A patch test for colour
Pop in at least 48 hours before a colour appointment. It takes five minutes and needs no booking.
Time to relax
Tea, coffee or a glass of prosecco, and no rushing. We'll show you how to style it at home too.

The Nail Room
Our sideline · upstairs at the studio
A quiet two-chair nail room above the salon, for gels, BIAB, pedicures and nail art. Book it on its own, or pair it with a hair appointment and we'll time them back to back.
Open Tuesday to Saturday, with late appointments on Thursdays until 8pm.

Yes, 48 hours before any colour. You can pop in for one without booking.

How we work
A few things clients often ask before their first visit.
Not sure what to book? Text us and we'll help.How do you choose my colour?
We start with a consultation: your skin tone, your natural base and how much upkeep you want. For a big change we'll do a strand test first.
How long does balayage last?
It grows out softly. Most clients come back every 12 to 16 weeks for a gloss or a refresh.
Do you cut curly hair dry?
Yes. Our curly cut is done dry, curl by curl, so we can see exactly how your hair sits.
What is brow lamination?
A setting treatment that brushes your brows up and holds them in shape for about six weeks.
How should I prepare for a bridal trial?
Bring photos you love, wear a top that buttons up the front, and come with clean, dry hair.
